Ed Taylor MRICS, MRTPI Licentiate

Ed enjoyed a 7 year professional rugby career, featuring for Bedford Blues and Worcester Warriors. During this time, Ed achieved a BSc at Loughborough University, an MSc in International Real Estate and Planning at UCL. Ed has worked for CB Collier for 7 years and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and a licentiate member of the MRTPI.

Ed was a finalist for RICS Surveyor of The Year 2024 for the Land and Natural Resources Category and now holds a Director role at CB Collier. Ed was also appointed as an Advisory Board Member to the UKREiiF in preparation for the conferences in May 2022 and 2023

Sally Topham  LLM, B.A. (Hons) Law

Sally qualified as a Solicitor in 1989 and worked initially in private practice before moving into industry as in - house Solicitor and Company Secretary. Sally has worked with the Board of a PLC operating under the principles of the UK Corporate Governance Code for the last 18 years. In 2012 Sally revitalised her legal expertise and obtained a Masters in International Law (Corporate Governance). Additionally, Sally has wide commercial experience in property and construction.

Sally has worked with Charles for more than 15 years on various projects and together with Charles focuses on the core aspects of the business.
